Our trip-planning design process is highly personalized to ensure each and every detail is truly customized to our clients’ likes and dislikes - managing unique dietary needs, arranging private nanny services, maximizing travel program loyalty benefits, designing custom-curated shopping tours, arranging private culinary experiences - our ‘travel life’ approach coupled with responsive, 24 hours a day concierge service ensures a seamless, fluid experience that brings enormous value to our clients.
Our process has been honed over more than a decade, and we’ve followed it over and over again to create thousands of personalized itineraries for discerning travelers over the years.
Discovery
In order to serve you best, please tell us about your travel style, preferences, and unique interests. To discuss how we can best serve your travel needs, kindly complete the form below and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
Once received, each prospective traveler has a 30-minute phone consultation to review their travel preferences and specific needs in greater detail and to ensure a mutual fit.
Design
Based on your input and preferences, we will begin the design of a customized itinerary. Our proposals vary based on trip complexity, and range from emails with our recommended options to multi-page, detailed itineraries. The proposal will include detailed information about the accommodations, any exclusive amenities we offer, recommended tours and activities, and general logistics.
For more complex trips, our design phase takes 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the proposal. Upon commencement of the proposal, our Schedule of Services will apply.
Execution
Once your itinerary has been refined and the final travel options (flights, accommodations, activities) selected, we will book all the elements and provide you with detailed confirmations and documents to ensure a seamless travel experience.
During this time we will also work to assist with any restaurant reservations, spa appointments, event tickets, or additional activities you may want to include.
We will share your final customized itinerary with you in PDF format and in a mobile itinerary app which we invite you to download for easy access while traveling. We will share this with you 2 weeks prior to departure to ensure you have time to review and ask any final questions.
Experience
Prior to departure, we will send you a custom-designed, pre-trip checklist. This has advice and information on entry requirements, travel insurance, language, what to pack, climate, electrical current/plugs, gratuities, unique cultural norms and more.
During travel, we monitor flight schedules and check in on you and your guests to ensure all is well. Our team is available 24/7 throughout your journey and in constant contact with our ground partners in the event you need to reach us – whether it is to send an amazing photo or to alert us of an opportunity to be of service.
Upon your return, we seek your feedback – your most memorable moments, your favorite meal, as well as anything that will help us serve you even better in the future, so we can make each future journey, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
